This book exists because too often, infused whiskey is treated like a shortcut. Too sweet. Too loud. Too rushed. What you’ll find here is the opposite: restraint, balance, and patience.
Every recipe in this book was built the same way we build our cocktails, classes, and experiences... thoughtfully, deliberately, and with respect for the craft.

This is not about dumping ingredients into a bottle and hoping for the best.
